Annual billing
BASIC and PRO automatically renew once a year. FREE has no charge and no paid renewal.
Cancel renewal
Cancel automatic renewal from your billing page. Your paid plan stays active through its legitimate paid-through date.
Change plans
BASIC to PRO starts a full-price annual PRO subscription, without proration. PRO to BASIC is scheduled at period end with your chosen QR retention.
If renewal fails, you have a seven-day grace period. After expiry, FREE applies; you choose which three QRs to keep. Remaining QRs are soft-deleted, with their history preserved.

Do paid plans renew automatically?
Yes. BASIC and PRO are annual subscriptions that renew at the end of each paid year until cancelled. If you schedule a lower plan, that change takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Can I use the same account in the app and on the website?
Yes. Sign in with the WhatsApp number linked to your QRtact app account. Your profile, QR records, and subscription are shared.
What happens if I move to a plan with fewer QR slots?
Plan changes take effect at the renewal boundary. If your active QR count exceeds the next plan’s allowance, you’ll choose which codes to keep before scheduling the change.
Which QR destinations can I create on the website?
The website currently supports creating Website QR codes. Other QR types available in the app depend on the app’s supported options.
